1 Discover the possibilities 2007/08 Recognitions for the Amway business partner In view of the great success of last year's program, the Amway Sales Incentive Program (SIP) will again be the driving force for growth in Europe for the 2007/08 financial year. Amway Europe will continue to pay out several million euros to the best performing and most successful business partners. But these commissions aren't just paid out for well-established businesses; no, we always reward great commitment, from the day you become a business partner to your diamond qualification and beyond. For this financial year we have added a new recognition to our program, the Q12 Platinum Annual Commission, with which we would like to reward you for the growth of your business. As always, this year's SIP offers you many attractive and exciting trips to fantastic destinations, including the USA and the 50th anniversary of Amway! 2 Your Success Fit & Beautiful SALES CHAMPIONSHIP * In its unique sales and marketing plan, Amway places great importance on the balance between selling products and helping others build their own Amway business. As an incentive to build strong sales for your business, this new program is now being added to the European SIP. The extensive Amway product range for nutrition, wellness and beauty gives you the opportunity to work with the world's first-class Amway brands. Become a sales champion and secure your bronze, silver and / or gold recognition! Bronze Champion: You will receive a gift with the Amway logo every quarter of the fiscal year in which you reach PW **. If you achieve the bronze award in one quarter and earn a monthly point value of 200 (on ALL product lines) in the other months within the financial year, you will receive the free extension for your Amway business. * The following countries take part in the sales championship: Austria, Germany, France, Switzerland, Greece, Italy, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, Belgium, Scandinavia, Great Britain, Ireland. ** The following brands from the Fit & Schön product line count for the sales championship: NUTRILITE, ARTISTRY, E. Commissions that recognize growth NEW in the 2007/08 financial year Q12 Platinum annual commission If you qualify as a Q12 Platinum business partner with the required volume in the 2007/08 financial year, you will receive a recognition of EUR. Qualification conditions: 1. Achieve the Q12 qualification 2. Achieve the required volume 3. Keep the SIP volume * at least at the previous year's level Qualification in the first year: Q12 platinum business partner and a SIP volume * of at least PW, but at least the previous year's level. Qualification from the second year: Q12 platinum business partner and a SIP volume increase compared to the previous year **: Qualification year Required SIP volume *** The volume targets for the following years will be set and announced at a later date. * SIP volume is the personal group volume, including the downline silver and gold volume in the months up to reaching the platinum qualification, excluding the downline platinum volume, even if this does not reach the 21% performance commission level. ** In the 2007/08 financial year, all qualifiers count as first-time qualifiers. This table is therefore a guide for the next few years. *** At least the SIP volume of the previous year (2006/07) must be achieved. Page 3 of 11

4 Recognition for a new platinum in the group: In the financial year in which the new platinum qualifies, you will receive the entire volume from this group up to a maximum of PW to your SIP volume. In the following years you will receive PW from this group annually as long as this group generates at least PW (if the group generates less than PW, only the PWs actually achieved count in your SIP volume). EXTENSIONS for 2007/08 Commission for new European * emeralds in 2 stages As a new European * emerald in the 2007/08 business year you will receive a commission of EUR. If you re-qualify as a European * emerald in the following financial year, you will receive an additional commission of EUR. This way you will receive a total of EUR in two years. Another option: If you do not re-qualify in the second year, but re-qualify in the third and fourth year, you will also receive the second level of commission at the end of the fourth year. * This commission is paid by Amway when a Platinum Business Partner sponsors three legs in Europe (excluding Russia) personally, foster or internationally, with each of the three legs qualifying at the maximum performance commission level in six months of a fiscal year. Commission for new European * diamonds in 2 stages As a new European * diamond in the 2007/08 financial year you will receive a commission of EUR. If you re-qualify as a European * diamond in the following financial year, you will receive an additional commission of EUR. This way you will receive a total of EUR in two years. Another option: If you do not re-qualify in the second year, but re-qualify in the third and fourth year, you will also receive the second level of commission at the end of the fourth year. * Amway pays this commission when a Platinum Affiliate sponsors six legs in Europe (excluding Russia) personally, foster or internationally, with each of the six legs qualifying at the maximum performance commission level in six months of a fiscal year. 5 Commission for new European * Executive Diamonds in 2 stages As a new European * Executive Diamond in the 2007/08 financial year, you will receive a commission of EUR. If you re-qualify as a European * diamond in the following financial year, you will receive an additional commission of EUR. This way you will receive a total of EUR in two years. Another option: If you do not re-qualify in the second year, but re-qualify in the third and fourth year, you will also receive the second level of commission at the end of the fourth year. * Amway pays this commission when a Platinum Affiliate sponsors nine legs in Europe (excluding Russia) personally, foster or internationally, with each of the nine legs qualifying at the maximum performance commission level in six months of a fiscal year. For all diamond commission recipients from the Founders Diamond qualification level there is also the possibility of qualification with the achievement of 10 FAA points and more. Founders Volume Incentive 4% of qualification volume Consistent performance has always been the key to success in the Amway business. For a European platinum there is an additional commission, which can be used to increase the classic 21% to 25% (only non-qualified downline platins). The 4% Founders Volume Incentive is intended to ensure that you can benefit even more from our Sales Incentive Program. It is based on two very simple qualification criteria: Qualification for the Executive Training Seminar (LTS) in the previous financial year (2006/07). Continuous achievement of qualification months. If you have qualified for the Executive Training Seminar (LTS) in the previous financial year and have achieved eleven consecutive months of qualification, you will receive the 4% Founders Volume Incentive from the twelfth month of qualification, based on your qualification volume (excluding the volume) qualified downline platinum). With the qualification for the 4% Founders Volume Incentive and after receiving the first commission payment, all platinum business partners receive a joker month. If the business partner takes up the qualification again and qualifies again for the 4% Founders Volume Incentive, a new joker month will be granted. Page 5 of 11

6th Success without limits Qualification for European emerald and diamond commission Since 2001/02, Amway Europe has included the European emerald and diamond commission in the SIP in order to better support and recognize the establishment of business throughout Europe. To qualify for the European SIP emerald commission, you need internal platinum status and three Q6 * legs in Europe (excluding Russia), which were sponsored by this business **. To qualify for the European SIP diamond commission, you need internal platinum status and six Q6 legs in Europe (excluding Russia), which are sponsored by this business ***. * A leg that reaches the highest performance commission level for six months in a fiscal year. ** To qualify for the SIP emerald commission, both the internal market and the European Q6 legs can count for a platinum: For example, a German platinum shop can have one leg in Germany and the other two legs can go from the German shop internationally to Austria and Eastern Europe. *** In order to qualify for the SIP diamond commission, both the internal market and the European Q6 legs can count for a platinum: For example, a Hungarian platinum shop can have one leg in Hungary and the five other legs can be transferred from the Hungarian shop internationally to other European countries to be sponsored. Expansion in the European FAA qualification program The Founders Achievement Award (FAA) is a special financial recognition for diamond commission recipients who have built Q12, as well as emerald and diamond legs. As part of the European SIP, the global FAA qualification program has been expanded to encourage business partners to build successful business across borders in Europe. Page 6 of 11

7 As part of this program, qualified legs within Europe (excluding Russia) are treated as follows: European emeralds and diamonds (business partners who achieve the emerald or diamond qualification based on European legs) generate FAA points, as do national emeralds and diamonds. There is no limit to the number of legs per market until you reach six FAA points per country. FAA points for legs in a region are determined based on the highest level achieved in that leg until a foster sponsored leg is achieved. Eligibility Criteria: You must be a diamond commission recipient with at least eight FAA points to participate in this program. NEW for 2007/08 New - seminar for new executives at the LTS For the first time, all new platinum * business partners will be invited to the seminar for new executives as part of the LTS (Executive Training Seminar). Participation in the LTS gives you a foretaste of the opportunities and opportunities that the LTS can offer Q12 platinum business partners. The seminar also offers you the best opportunity to meet your diamonds and other business partners and the Amway management. 8 Transitional regulation for new platinum from the 2006/07 financial year Platinum who achieved the platinum qualification for the first time in the 2006/07 financial year can also take part in the seminar for new executives within the framework of the LTS if they qualify for platinum in the 2007/08 financial year -qualify and meet the criteria for the newly sponsored volume. Executive Training Seminar (LTS) All platinum business partners with Q12 qualifications and the required newly sponsored volume can receive an invitation for a fantastic trip to such exciting destinations as Tenerife, Sardinia and Antalya. The venue changes every three years, so that all qualified platinum business partners have the opportunity to get to know and experience all three resorts over the three years. The events take place in spring so that YOU can start the summer fully motivated! The LTS is the best opportunity to learn about new initiatives, to meet business partners and Amway management. It is also a great opportunity to enjoy the atmosphere in each of these magical places with your diamond and other business partners. Qualification criteria for the LTS business partner who have achieved the Q12 qualification up to the Smaragd qualification level have the following options to achieve the required newly sponsored volume: Option 1 Personally newly sponsored volume (PNSV) in the financial year Option 2 Option 3 Volume newly sponsored in the group (GNSV) in the financial year, of which at least PW personally newly sponsored volume (PNSV) in the financial year New volume sponsored in the group (GNSV) in the financial year Page 8 of 11

9 Personally Newly Sponsored Volume (PNSV) is the volume produced by your newly sponsored first lines and their group up to the (Amway acquisition date). The volume newly sponsored in the group (GNSV) is the total volume in the group (including that of the silver and gold business partners, excluding the downline platinum business partners), that of the newly sponsored business partners, from to (acquisition date at Amway), is produced. Qualifying emeralds require a personal newly sponsored volume from PW. Qualified diamonds and more highly qualified business partners are automatically qualified for the LTS. Work according to Amway rules and policies. Eligibility to participate in all seminars and trips is only valid by invitation and is the decision of Amway Europe. Exclusive trips Every year exclusive events are held for the top executives in Europe in a luxurious ambience. These events give you the opportunity to relax in breathtaking surroundings and meet the top executives from Amway Europe and the corporate management from the USA. European Diamond Business Partner Conference Las Vegas !. and the 50th birthday party! Diamonds qualified in the 2007/08 financial year will receive an invitation to this event, which will take place in 2009. Qualification period: September 1, 2007 to August 31, 2008 Celebrate Amway's 50th birthday, together with all diamond business partners from the Amway world, in 2009 on America's playground LAS VEGAS A city that NEVER sleeps!
