Chicken Fried Steak is keto friendly

Wash and dry the peppers and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel the zucchini and cut into thin slices. Clean and quarter the mushrooms. Peel the spring onion and garlic and cut into fine rings. Wash, dry and roughly chop the parsley. Cut the fillet into strips.

Heat some oil in a pan and sweat the garlic in it. To ensure that the vegetables have an even bite, first add the peppers and fry for about 2-3 minutes. Now put the chicken fillets in the pan and fry for another 2-3 minutes on the highest level.

Turn the heat down a little and add the zucchini, spring onions and mushrooms to the pan. Deglaze with the milk and season with salt and pepper. Let simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Before serving, sprinkle with the parsley and drizzle with a little olive oil to taste.
