What does the QTP certification cost

Trial and certification

The last step in the product creation chain for aviation parts is certification and the associated qualification tests. As a full development partner, Bertrandt also supports its customers in carrying out these two important steps.

From the creation of the QTP (test specification), definition of the requirements, development and construction of test stands including the test execution to the final creation of the QTR (test report), we take on all the necessary tasks so that the components meet the required quality and safety standards.

A large number of climatic chambers, shakers, actuators and measuring equipment make up the broad portfolio of Bertrandt, that can be accessed flexibly. This is further strengthened by many years of experience in aviation. For the tests according to RTCA / DO-160 (MIL-STD-810) the test laboratory is certified (Airbus Testing Qualification), as well as accredited according to DIN 17 025.
