Félicien Kabuga

Félicien Kabuga was born in 1935 in what is now Rwanda and was a wealthy businessman and a close confidante of ex-President Juvénal Habyarimana. Ismael "El Mayo" Zambada

Ismael "El Mayo" Zambada is a Mexican drug lord and, according to investigators, the alleged leader of the Sinaloa cartel. 1. Rafael Caro-Quintero

7. Yaser Abdel Said
